Genesis & Jesus Introduction:
The foundation of all the Bible history and doctrine is given in Genesis. We
learn about God, creation, man, sin, punishment for sin, and God’s plan for
redemption. Genesis can be divided into two main sections: Chapters 1-11 &
12-50. 1)
Chapters 1-11 (1600 years)

Chapter 1 “in the beginning God created the
heavens and the earth” i)

they needed. Conclusion:
Matthew in tracing the lineage of Jesus goes back to Abraham and ends with
Joseph the father of Jesus. Luke starts with Jesus and goes back to Adam, the
first man. Both Jew and Gentile are saved in Christ. |
