The following was given to me a while back by sister Jean Blackford. She said a lesson I preached reminded her of this poem she wrote. — D.T.) Reminder You may never know Where the seed you sow Will take up its abode It may be sown Among dry stone Or fall by the side of the road.
It can be choked In a thorny copse And lie unused and cold But the seed you impart To an honest heart Can be fruitful and hundred fold.
If it falls your lot To water the plot Behind a brother’s sowing You must not cease God gives increase So the seed will keep on growing.
You can be sure The seed is pure It will either approve or condemn The Word’s sin’s cure It will always endures And never returns void to Him.
